In my following story about my homeland is about beautiful young and gifted women in Mongolia from different areas and that published on BBC under the topic <Modern women in the land of Genghis Khan> into how Mongolian new generations are see and interacting themselves through the urbanization. There has been significant amount of research done on the positions of women in nomadic culture. But in this time: grateful to Feranak Amidi and Gulnara Kasmambetova for their interesting interviews that showed four different perspectives of society with some statistics, the country. Both of them exceptionally talented and experienced writers.
MODERN WOMEN IN THE LAND OF GENGHIS KHAN
Nearly 800 years ago, Genghis Khan (in proper pronouncing Chinggis Khaan) powerfully made Mongolia the largest contiguous empire that the world has ever known. Today, a gentler Mongolia’s breathtaking wilderness and growing cities are ample reason to explore this fascinating country that embraces both its nomadic traditions and its path into modern culture. In this country, women are primary providers and caretakers, especially among herder populations.But new generation of women are catalysts for change in a country rapidly modernizing while holding on to its nomadic traditions.
